PURPOSE:To both facilitate photographing work in a mobile clinic and improve its processing capability of medical examination, by constituting a recorder unit, which accumulatively records radiographed picture information, to be reusably circulated in a car so as to eliminate any necessity for handling the recorder unit. CONSTITUTION:A mobile clinic of medical examination 50 comprises a radiographed picture information recording reader 20 and a picture signal recorder 30 which are loaded on an automobile 40 of bus or the like. In said reader 20, a plurality of, for instance, three sheets of accumulative phosphor plates 2 are placed at an equal distance on an endless conveyer 1 while a radiation source 5 is arranged so as to interpose an examinee 6 above the conveyer 1. While an excitation light source 7, which irradiates excitation light of laser light or the like toward the phosphor plate 2 through a light deflector 8, is arranged in the other end side of the conveyer 1, causing a light detector 9 to read accelerated phosphorescence light emitted from the phosphor plate 2 excited by the excitation light. Then the phosphor plate 2 after reading a picture is reused after its radiation energy is erased by light from a light source 11. |
