PURPOSE:To make transfer of argument and stack data at that time unnecessary even when an address space is changed by selecting stored home address space for specified segment number. CONSTITUTION:Virtual address is formed by the sum of stored values of an address base register 1, an address index register 2 and an address replacement register 3 by an adder. When the segment number of base address from the register 1 coincides with a specified value, a change-over circuit 11 is controlled through a segment number discriminating circuit 6, and home address space of an address space discriminating register 7 is selected in place of changeable first and second address spaces of address space registers 8, 9. By a system that performs independent mapping corresponding to designated virtual address for the argument and stack data, transfer of the argument and stack data becomes unnecessary even when the address space is changed. |
