PURPOSE:To perform accurate observation of distribution, by inserting color filters, which are different for various elements, between a camera and a CRT, taking a photograph of the distribution of each element of a sample that is displayed on a CRT constituting an X ray microanalyzer in a multiple mode, and displaying the result on one photograph in different colors. CONSTITUTION:An X ray microanalyzer is constituted by an electron microscope, an element detector, and a CRT. A color filter 9 is detachably inserted between the CRT of the X ray microanalyzer and a camera body 8 for the CRT, e.g., between a hood 7 and the camera body. For example, a red filter is inserted for photographing the Al distribution in a sample, a yellow filter is inserted for Cu distribution, and a blue filter is inserted for Ni. Thus, the images are picked up on one photograph film in a multiple mode. In this method, the Al distribution part (a), the Cu distribution part (b), and the Ni distribution part (c) can be accurately and clearly recognized. |
