PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the winding defect beforehand prior to assembling a rotary electric machine, by performing the inspection of winding at the point of time when the winding is wound around an iron core by providing a pulse oscillation means, a pulse distribution means, an integration means and a comparison means. CONSTITUTION:Pulses oscillated by an oscillator 1 are successively supplied to winding coils L1, L2, L3 while distributed through a driver circuit 3 so as to be shifted in a predetermined amount by a distributor 2. In the next step, pulse outputs fabricated by the oscillator 1 are further taken out while branched from the front stage of the driver circuit 3 to be respectively inputted to integrators 41, 42, 43 and, after amplified on the basis of the outputs from the winding coils L1, L2, L3, inputted to a comparator 5 where the duty or the phase of each pulse is compared to a reference value to judge whether being proper or not and to inspect whether there are disconnections or short-circuits of the winding coils L1, L2, L3 or not and the winding is different or not. By this method, the defect of the winding is inspected. |
