PURPOSE:To obtain excellent detecting accuracy, by providing a metal cover, which is thermally connected to a thermistor on a substrate and has excellent heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION:Pectinate electrodes 2 and 3 are formed on an insulating substrate 1 so that they face each other. A humidity sensitive film 4 is formed so as to cover said electrodes 2 and 3. The humidity sensitive film 4 is constituted by a material, whose electric resistance abruptly changes under the dew condensing state. The value of the electric resistance is taken out by the electrodes 2 and 3. Meanwhile, a chip thermistor 5 is bonded to the insulating substrate 1 and has the characteristic that the electric resistance abruptly changes in the vicinity of 0 deg.C. A metal cover 6 is attached to the insulating substrate 1 by a screw 7 so as to cover the thermistor 5. The metal cover 6 is formed by a metallic material, whose heat conductivity is excellent. A resin mold layer 8 comprising a material, whose heat conductivity is excellent, is provided between the cover 6 and the thermistor 5. |
