摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a turbocharger and installation jigs, etc. from being heated to high-temperature by using the compressed fluid having the normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:The compressed air having the normal temperature is supplied into a turbine inlet W1 from an air source 11 in a factory. A compressor is driven by the revolution of a turbine, and air is inhaled from a compressor inlet W4, and air is discharged from a compressor outlet W2. Since a measurement unit T memorizes beforehand the region in which correlation is maintained between the output state (pressure and flow rate) of the compressor output W2 and efficiency in each case when high-temperature gas is used and the air in the factory is used, flow-rate control valves 8 and 9 are controlled so that the set conditions are set in the region where correlation is maintained. Said measurement unit 10 performs calculation by taking-in input and output states from the respective sensors 6 and 7, and displays efficiency, and judges the state of the turbocharger.
