EQUIPMENT FOR CARRYING MOLD MATERIAL IN FLUID STATE

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for maintaining constant temperature in material, by forming the extruding material into wave shape for ascending/descending over a carry tube thereby pressure feeding the material uniformly without adhesion or jamming. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 for storing material 11 such as powder is coupled through a pipe 13 having a valve 12 to a material feeder 2. A compressed air take-in tube 21 for pressure feeding the material 11 is coupled through a valve 22 to said valve 12. A carry tube 3 for carrying material 11 is coupled to the lower portion of said valve 12 while penetrates through an enclosed container 4 for performing heat exchange to a hopper 5. The carry tube 3 is formed into wave shape repeating up and down while wound spirally in said container 4. Consequently the specific gravity will function effectively onto the material 11 to be carried through the carry tube 3, to feed the material uniformly into the hopper 5 without adhesion or jamming.
