发明名称 METHOD FOR WINDING CONTINUOUSLY WIRE-SHAPED BODY IN MULTIPLE LAYERS ON OUTSIDE CIRCUMFERENCE OF SHAFT AND PIPE OR THE LIKE
摘要 PURPOSE:To adhere elastically and tightly belt-like bodies to inside layers so that the respective layers provide independently the effect of covering by winding successively spirally the belt- like bodies, which are constituted to have the spiral bore smaller than the outside diameter of the inside layer, on a shaft or pipe. CONSTITUTION:A channel-shaped metallic belt-like body 3 having a deformed section directing outward is spirally wound in tight contact with each other on a pipe or shaft as the last layer. A metallic irregularly shaped belt-like body 4 having the same section as the section of the body 3 spirally wound as the 1st layer is wound thereon in the same direction with a deviation of each half pitch in such a way that the channel faces inward, thereby constituting the 2nd layer. The channels of the body 3 on the inside circumference and the irregularly shaped belt- like body on the outside circumference are fitted and connected to each other. The 3rd layer is constituted by winding spirally a metallic belt material 5 in multiple lines in tight contact with each other in the spiral winding direction opposite to the spiral winding direction of the body 4 for the 2nd layer and at the larger spiral winding pitch. A metallic belt material 6 which is then same as the material of the 3rd layer is spirally wound in multiple lines in tight contact with each other on the 4th layer so as to be spirally wound in the direction opposite to the 3rd layer.
