<p>PURPOSE:To improve safety, by a method wherein an opening part is formed in the wall surface of a wind collecting hood, and a cover body, normally energized in a closing direction with the aid of an elastic device, is rockably attached to the opening part. CONSTITUTION:An opening part is provided in a wall surface 4 of a wind collecting hood 1, a cover body 7 is rockably attached to the opening part 5, and the cover body 7 is normally energized in a closing direction with the aid of an elastic body 8. This constitution serves to rock the cover body 7 when wind, blowing into the wind collecting hood 1, is too strong, and to escape a part of the wind, resulting in improvement of safety.</p> |
