PURPOSE:To prevent curled sheets to be sticked in a sheet storing-delivering section to improve the efficiency of operating a sheet storage device by delivering the curled sheets detected by a detecting means to the outside through a bypass means with a change-over means. CONSTITUTION:An accumulating property fluorescent material sheet S are supplied through a sheet intake port 2 or a nip roll 3 of a sheet storage device 1 to be pinched by nip rolls 5, 6 and suspended vertically. Here, how much an end of the sheet S is deviated from the vertically suspending direction is detected by a curl detecting means CS consisting of a movable piece 7 held balanced by a spring 8 and a non-contact sensor 9 for detecting the deviation of said end. And when the sheet S is not curled a change-over plate 11 is changed over to the position shown by the solid line to transfer the sheet S to sheet storing- delivering sections 14, 18 with a pair of transfer belts 12. On the other hand, when the sheer S is curled, the change-over plate 11 is changed over to the position shown by the dotted line to send the sheet S to a delivery port 22 by the transfer belts 12. |
