<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a treatment time per one specimen, by measuring absorbancy of two-wavelength light in a visible light region and inserting the measured value in the relational expression between the absorbancy of known two-wavelength light and the concn. of asphaltene to perform an operation. CONSTITUTION:An automatic specimen supply apparatus 17 is operated by the signal from a microcomputer (MPU)18 and the specimen solution set at a measuring position is stirred and an elevator 6 is started to fall a probe holder 11 and the opening part of a dipping probe 7 is immersed in the specimen solution in a beaker. Next, the visible light from the light source of a two-wavelength absorbancy detector 1 reaches the probe 7 through a fiber bundle for incident light and is incident to the specimen solution to be partially absorbed and reflected by a reflective mirror to be again absorbed by the specimen solution while two-wavelength transmitted light selected by two interference filters is obtained through a transmitted light fiber bundle 9 and converted to a current by a photoelectric tube to be inputted to MPU18. In MPU18, the concn. of asphaltene is calculated from a calibration curve of a preliminarily stored increase rate-blank rate relational expression and the concn. of asphaltene to be outputted from an output circuit 19.</p> |
