<p>PURPOSE:To realize an electronic control type cooking device at a reasonable price and in a comparatively simple way by measuring the temperature of a food with an infrared-ray detecting element and having heating control based on the result of comparison between the nonlinear generated voltage corresponding to the measured temperature and the comparison voltage. CONSTITUTION:For an electronic control type cooking device such as an electronic range, etc., the infrared rays radiated from the food are detected by a temperature detecting circuit 82 containing an infrared-ray detecting element. Thus a desired temperature is obtained for the food. The detection voltage of the circuit 82 corresponds to the temperature of food and also has nonlinear input/output characteristics. While the voltage to be compared 83 with said detection voltage is produced with approximation 81 to said input/output characteristics. The result of comparison is fed to a terminal Bo of a microprocessor 60 to control a heating source like a magnetron, etc. The processor 60 works based on its control program to perform the drive of a display 15 and a buzzer circuit 65, the thawing operation of frozen food, the operation of a timer, etc.</p> |
