PURPOSE:To eliminate a phase shift due to temperature variation and to reduce the temperature drift of an output oscillation frequency by providing a temperature detector and voltage control amplifiers in an integrated circuit, and controlling the output voltage of the phase shifter in the integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from an input terminal 2 of the integrated circuit 1' is inverted by 180 deg. and amplified through an inverting amplifier 3, and inputted to a phase inverter 4 and the phase shifter 5. The signal inputted to a voltage control amplifier 6 has its level controlled by the voltage inputted to a voltage control input terminal and is inputted to an adder 8. A voltage control amplifier 11 which inputs the output of the phase shifter 5 is controlled by the output voltage of the temperature detector 12 to adjust the voltage applied to the adder 8. Consequently, phase shifts of waveforms added together by the adder 8 are eliminated to perform temperature compensation. |
