发明名称 ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSING DEVICE FOR DIAPHRAGM COUPLING OF SHAFT SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To diagnose abnormality of the diaphragm of a diaphragm coupling accurately, and to control the operation condition of respective equipments of a shaft system and improve the safety of the shaft system, by providing a detecting means at a gap part formed between the diaphragm and the coupling. CONSTITUTION:The detecting means 103 which detects the amount of variation due to the displacement of the diaphragm 14 is provided at the gap part 32 between the diaphragm 14 of the diaphragm coupling 102 and a coupling base 11. The detecting means 103 consists of a displacement gauge 21 which measures the relative axial displacement between the diaphragm 14 and coupling boss 11 and a transmitter 22. A displacement signal is inputted to a comparative judging means 105 through an arithmetic means 104, and compared with a predetermined value; and an operation control means 106 performs operation control, such as a load decrease, rotating speed decrease, and turbine tripping, over respective equipments. The amount of variation at the gap part 32 is detected directly, so the resonance state of the diaphragm 14 is detected accurately and speedily.
