摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a piezo-electricity generating valve in an inner cylinder and yet enable to surely develop spark discharge regardless of gas pressure by a method wherein jetting mixed gas is automatically ignited by spark discharge developed between the tips of an inner cylinder and an outer cylindering, both of which also serve as discharge electrodes. CONSTITUTION:High pressure oxygen led from a branch hole 45 is flowed through a fine hole 19 in a body 8 and slits 34 in a cap nut 31 in the interior of an outer tube 1 so as to be mixed with gas flowed in the interior of the outer tube 1 through an gas leading-in hole 43 in order to be jetted through a slit 24 provided at the tip of an inner tube 20 from the opening 6 of the outer tube 1 to the exterior. When a driving source 64 is turned ON, because positive source is electrically connected to the inner cylinder while being electrically insulated from a torch head 42, a body 8 and the outer cylinder 1 and at the same time negative source is grounded through the outer cylinder 1, spark discharge occurs between the sparking points of the inner cylinder 20 and of the outer cylinder 1, both of which also serve as discharge electrodes or between the inner peripheral surface 7 of the tip opening of the outer cylinder 1 and the end surface 22 of the front end of the inner cylinder 20. Gas passing through the opening 6 of the outer cylinder 1 is ignited by the spark discharge.
