PURPOSE:To carry out drainage automatically and to enable to restore to a watering state by a simple operation, by a method wherein a duct extending from a water supply opening to a hot water supply opening is made into an upgrade, a temperature sensor for sensing freeze is provided in the midst of the duct, and valves controlling the water supply opening, a drainage opening and an air vent which is close to the hot water supply opening by opening and closing them respectively are controlled by the temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pressure adjusting device 4 and a heat exchange part 5 are provided in the midst of an upgrade duct 3 extending from a water supply opening 1 to a hot water supply opening 2, and a temperature sensor 6 operating by sensing a temperature of water in the duct is provided further. An air vent 11 is provided close to the hot water supply opening 2 and a valve V1 is incorporated in the air vent 11. On the one hand, a valve V3 controlling the water supply opening 1 by opening and closing the water supply opening 1 is incorporated in the water supply opening 1 positioning at the lowest part of the duct 3, a drainage opening 12, moreover, is provided by connecting it with the said water supply opening 1 and a valve V2 controlling the said drainage opening 12 by opening and closing the drain opening 12 is incorporated in the drainage opening 12. The above mentioned drainage opening 12 consists of a main pipe 13 and branch pipes 14, 15 which are connected with each of chambers A, B, C of the hydraulic pressure adjusting device 4. The valve V1 or V3 is controlled by opening and closing the same electrically through the signal of the temperature sensor 6. |
