Automobile vehicle comprising a body of which the bottom has lateral bearing portions for a lifting jack. It is equipped with reference marks 20 placed in the lower portion 22 of the vehicle, in line with the portions 18 for mounting the jack in order to facilitate picking out these portions and to avoid the jack being placed in places where it would risk deteriorating the body. The reference marks 20 can be buttons of a plastic material, tickets or paint marks, etc., preferably of a different colour than that of the portion 22 and also preferably luminescent.
