PURPOSE:To facilitate permeance of filler to aperture section by forming circumferential section of a plurality of masks linearly into thick section and thin section. CONSTITUTION:Non-effective section 35 of a flat mask 31 is hatched radially and formed into thick section 60 and thin section 61. The flat mask 31 is mounted on a plate 33 then an insulative film sheet 36 is mounted on said section 35 where an aperture 34 does not exist thereafter another flat mask 40 is mounted and finally an upper board 41 is mounted to contact three iron plates tightly. Thereafter the iron plate is warmed by a heater 44 to inject fused paraffin 46 through circumferential sections 35, 43 of two flat masks 31, 40 to permeat to each aperture section. Even if two flat masks 31, 40 are contacted tightly while holding an insulative film 36, paraffin 46 will pass through a recess 61 to reach to the aperture sections 34, 42 in short time thus to fill the space resulting in considerable improvement of workability. |
