The present invention relates to a baking oven for industrial use. This oven 1 essentially comprises a heating jacket 3 arranged diagonally over the top or roof 11 of the oven to communicate through its extremities 5 and 4 with a hot air intake column 14 and injection column 15 respectively, the columns 14 and 15 being situated in opposite corners of the baking chamber 2 of the oven 1, and the column 15 being formed by two corner panels 7, 8 and a perforated panel 18 which closes off the panels in question. The oven of the invention applies particularly to the industrial baking of products such as bread, pastry, cakes and biscuits. <IMAGE>
