Apparatus, which comprises a receptacle for the worked material, which is in contact, on the one hand, with a male member and, on the other hand, with a female member which is composed of several elements which can move with respect to each other, and one of the ends of which is in contact with the worked material, characterised in that these elements 3, 4, 5, 6 are in contact, at their other end, respectively with intermediate elements 8, 9, 10 and 11 and in that one 8 of the intermediate elements is supported by a disc 20 which is fixed to one of the sides of the body 15 of the envelope, while the remaining intermediate elements 9, 10 and 11 are supported, respectively, on cylindrical supports 12, 13 and 14 which traverse, movably, holes drilled in the disc 20 and are in contact, respectively, with other concentrically nested support elements 16, 17, and 18, the outermost element 18 of which is mounted movably and with a seal in the hole of body 15 of the envelope, which body is provided with a cap 19 which hermetically covers its hole. <IMAGE>
