<p>A piece of storage furniture such as a cabinet, a set of shelves or the like, comprising two or more individual shelves (10) which are mutually spaced by means of spacers (12), said shelves having at edges corresponding to each other, fittings (13) mounted to the shelves along all four edges thereof, which have channels (16, 17) for receiving therein panels (18, 19) arranged alternatively as slide doors, back portion, or end walls and spanning the space between the shelves. The panels of the back portion and the end walls are arranged to bottom at the edges therof in the channels receiving said edges, to make the piece of storage furniture steady. </p> |
