PURPOSE:To obtain the radiator of high reliability at low cost eliminating the necessity of providing proper terminal by a method wherein, one kind of radiation fins are stacked in combination of the position of protrusions, wiring holes and notched parts deffered each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of radiation fins 2, whereon wiring holes B1, B2, notches parts C1, C2 and protrusions 5 are formed, are fitted to a main body 1 one by one. The radiation fin 2, which is brought in the state (d) by horizontally rotating it 180 degrees from the state (e), is fitted and stacked in such a manner that its protrusions are brought in the same direction. The radiation fins 2 are alternately assembled in the main body 1 in the order of (e), (d), (e), (d)... and lastly, the radiation fins 2 in the state of (c) is assembled. That is, the direction and position of the protrusions 5 wiring holes B1, B2 and the notched part differ each other inbetween (c) and (d, e) in the diagram. Lastly, the radiation fins 2 are fixed to the outer circumferential face of the main body 1 by performing a soldering work. |
