PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic mold for injection molding machine free from leakage of a resin during molding, having a heat-insulating property and capable of being applied to various molding machines, by a method wherein a nozzle tip having flexibility, heat resistance and heat-insulating property is intermediately provided at a contact surface between a sprue bush and a nozzle of a molding machine. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle tip 6 (e.g., one formed of asbestos) having flexibility, heat resistance and heat-insulating property is intermediately provided at the contact surface between the sprue bush 2 and the nozzle 1 of the molding machine, when constituting a metallic mold of the molding machine. Accordingly, leakage of the resin being molded through a part between the nozzle tip 6 and the nozzle is reduced, and the heat of the nozzle is not transmitted to the mold. |
