Unsaturated ethylene/x-olefin copolymer rubbers are stabilized by incorporating therein 0À05 to 5 weight per cent, based on the rubber, of an amine of formula where R<SP>1</SP> is alkylene, aminoalkylene, hydroxyalkylene, arylene or aralkylene and R<SP>2</SP> is hydrogen or N-morpholyl. The rubber may be derived from ethylene, propylene and dicyclopentadiene, hexadiene-1,5, hexadiene-1,4, decatriene - 1,4,9, cyclooctadiene - 1,5, 5 - methylene norbornene or cyclopentadiene adducts. Specified amines are N-methyl, N-ethyl, N-propyl, N-stearyl, N-aminomethyl, N-aminoisobutyl, N - aminopropyl, N - hydroxymethyl, N,#- hydroxyethyl, N,# - hydroxypropyl, N- phenyl, N-benzyl and N-tolyl morpholines; morpholyl N - ethyloxyethylamine; 1,2- dimorpholylethane and 1,3-dimorpholylpropane. In examples, ethylene/propylene/dicyclopentadiene rubbers are stabilized with N-aminopropylmorpholine, N,#-hydroxyethylmorpholine and dimorpholylethane.
