PURPOSE:To facilitate stable high-speed location setting without being influenced by the moving distance or inertia by permitting a pulse distributor to give a command of a movement in the opposite direction when a locational error comes in agreement with the reference error and by outputting a reverse direction command pulse of the number of pulses. CONSTITUTION:In an NC device 7, a comparator 7c compares the locational error epsilon of an error counter 5a with the reference beta stored in a register 7b. If the two are in agreement with each other, a reverse direction command is given to a movement command circuit 7a. Thereby the movement command circuit 7a outputs a signal -alpha as reverse direction movement command to a pulse distributor circuit 4, which now outputs a reverse direction command pulse BF and gives it to the abovementioned error counter 5a. Thereby the locational error epsilon of error counter 5a decreases rapidly, and the command speed given to a speed control circuit 6 will accordingly decrease, so that a servo motor 1 can be located quickly. |
