PURPOSE:To improve the safety of rotation by pressing a cylindrical projection mounted on a main body into a groove of a shaft portion so that even at the time of high-speed rotation, the axis of the main body is prevented from deviating from the axis of the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A circular projection 12 is disposed on the inner surface of a free end of a cylindrical portion 11 formed by pressing in such a manner as to axially extend a hole 2 mounted at the center of a rotor main body 1, and is pressed into a circular groove 14 mounted on a rotary shaft 4. Though the diameter of the hole 2 tends to increase due to the centrifugal force when the main body 1 rotates at high speed, no gap is produced between the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 11 and the outer peripheral surface of a fitting shaft portion 13 and between the rotor body 1 and a flange portion 3, because a large force against the centrifugal force produced by pressing is applied to the free end of the cylindrical portion 11. Thus, the coupling position of the main body to the rotary shaft can be prevented from slipping out of the axis. |
