<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the amplitude of resonance of a linkage shaft, to increase damping, and to reduce creation of noise, by forming in a hollow manner the linkage shaft between front and rear steering systems and filling the interior with a vibration insulator. CONSTITUTION:A steering system for front wheels 6 and a steering system for rear wheels 16 are intercoupled through a linkage shaft 40, the shaft is formed in a hollow manner, and the interior is filled with a vibration insulator 42 made of foaming urethane. This constitution permits reduction in the amplitude of the linkage system supported at its opposite ends by universal joints 23 and 24, allows an increase in damping effect of vibration, and enables a device to be decreased in creation of noise.</p> |
