PURPOSE:To perform the photoelectric conversion and the accumulation of electricity for the titled element simultaneously as well as to contrive miniaturization of the element by a method wherein a solar batteries and a double layer are brought in combination. CONSTITUTION:A separation paper 4, wherein an electrolyte is infiltrated, is arranged on the boundary between one dielectric electrode 3 and other dielectric electrode 2. A pluraity of solar batteries 6 are attached to the surface of the lid 5 of the metal case wherein an electric double layer consisting of two dielectric electrodes 2 and 3 is contained. The conductive part 3a of the dielectric electrode 3 is pressure-welded to the back side of the lid 5. The outer circumferential part 5a constitutes a connection wiring part, connected to the negative electrode 6a of the solar battery, and wiring patterns 5b-5e are formed in such a manner that the four solar batteries are connected in series. As a positive electrode 5e is to be connected to the positive electrode on the back side of the solar batteries 6, an electrode 5f, having a pluraliy of through hole structures 5g, is present at a part of said wiring patterns. |
