PURPOSE:To reasonably bury water-shielding sheets by a method in which an erection type bucket excavator is set in a vertically movable manner on the upper front of a supporting base attached through a link mechanism to the rear of a mobile vehicle, and a water shielding sheet layer is set in a vertically movable manner at the rear of the supporting base. CONSTITUTION:A supporting base 3 is attached through a link 2 to the rear of a self-propelling vehicle 1, e.g., tractor, etc., and an erection type bucket excavator 19 is provided through supporters 17 and 18 on the outside of the frontal outer frame 15. A water shielding sheet layer 22 is set with a play through paired upper and lower supporting rings 20 and 21 on the rear side of the back outer frame 16. The excavator 19 is operated to dig out a trench of a given depth, a sheet inserting frame 30 is put into the trench, and the end of a water shielding sheet 31 pulled out of the back side of the frame 30 is fixed under the ground for laying. The work of the water shielding sheet can be performed reasonably and effectively. |
