INJECTOR WITH EXCHANGEABLE INJECTION CYLINDER

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for work of discharging material in a hopper so as to prevent previous material from being brought into a newly changed injection cylinder by enabling the replacement of the injection cylinder together with the hopper. CONSTITUTION:An injector is composed of an injection cylinder unit 1, a holding member 2 thereof and an injection hydraulic device 3 arranged leaving a space from the holding member 2 and the hydraulic device 3 is connected integrally to the holding member 2. The injection cylinder unit 1 made up of an injection cylinder 12 and a hopper 13 mounted on a block body 11 is installed detachably to the holding member 2. This enables the replacement of the injection cylinder together with the hopper thereby eliminating the need for the work of discharging material as has been practiced so far even if the material is left in the hopper.
