A cable guidance unit having a plurality of plastic cable guidance tubes, especially for insertion into a cable duct. The cable guidance tubes are combined by spacers to form a matting web. The spacers are flexible so that the cable guidance tubes can be laid together, parallel to a tube axis, for example by winding. The spacers of the matting webs are separated by a distance of several centimetres in the region of the cable guidance tube ends. The mutually associated cable guidance tubes of adjacent matting webs abut against one another. Coupling sleeves and sealing hoses are pushed onto the abutting cable guidance tube ends. The arrangement is designed such that the said components and the cable guidance tube ends are connected to one another and to the cable guidance tube ends by virtue of their shape and/or material. <IMAGE>
