PURPOSE:To remarkably shorten a cooling time, by a method wherein a parison is extruded to the inside of a decorative skin material arranged in a blow mold from the die of a blow molding machine and air is injected into the parison to mold a synthetic resin frame. CONSTITUTION:Each of decorative skin materials 5 to be formed into an interior material 21 cut in a developed state is inserted into each blow mold 1 so as to contact the surface skin material 6 thereof with the blow mold 1 and closely contacted with the blow mold 1 by the operation of a vacuum pump. In this state, a hot molten parison 8' comprising thermoplastic resin is extruded in the space between a pair of the molds 1 from the die 2 of a blow molding machine and, after the blow molds 1 are closed, the extruded parison 8' is contacted with and adhered to the inside of the pad materials 7 of the decorative skin materials 5 in a pressed state by injecting air from the leading end of the die 2 to complete the blow molding of a synthetic resin frame 8. |
