PURPOSE:In subjecting a metal to warm forging at a specific temperature, to improve processing characteristics and to prolong life of tools, by using an airless pump and a grease pump, sending specific lubricants having different viscosity, respectively, to the material to be processed and tools. CONSTITUTION:In subjecting a metal material to warm forging at 500-900 deg.C, (A) a lubricant for an airless pump (having 20-40cst kinematic viscosity at 40 deg.C) containing (i) 20-50wt% sulfurized fats and oils or sulfide ester, (ii) 2-10wt% extreme-pressure agent of phosphate and (iii) 30-70wt% fats and oils is blended with (B) a lubricant for a grease pump (having 350-550cst kinematic viscosity at 40 deg.C) containing (iv) 20-50wt% sulfurized fats and oils, (v) 2-10wt% extreme-pressure agent of phosphate, (vi) 10-30wt% fats and oils, and (vii) 2- 30wt% heat-resistant solid material such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide, etc. immediately before they are sent to a material to be processed and tools, and sent. |
