PURPOSE:To prevent the galling producted between a core metal and a mold, and to enable the enhancement of processing accuracy, by supporting one end part of a push member by a slide plate so as to make said mold push member swingable to a mold side. CONSTITUTION:When a knock-out pin 8 is upwardly moved after a molded product 7 is formed, a mold 6, a mold push member 9, a core 10 and a slide plate 12 are also moved upwardly. When the spring 11 between the mold push member 9 and the core 10 reaches above the upper opening surface of a second guide hole 4, the member 9 is swung toward the mold 6 around a spherical surface bearing 13 and the mold 6 is displaced while cooperated toward the core metal 2 and reduced in the diameter thereof. By this operation, the close contact of the mold 6 and the molded product 7 is released and the withdrawal of the molded product is enabled. Because the mold 6, the knock-out pin 8 and the mold push member 9 are sepately formed and constituted, the mold can be miniaturized and processing accuracy can be enhanced while the sliding of the mold to the core metal becomes smooth. |
