PURPOSE:To make it possible to integrally adhere a decorative surface material and a resin layer, in preparing an interior trimming material for a vehicle, by a method wherein molten resin is extruded from the die of an extrusion molding machine after the decorative surface material is arranged to a female mold and air is introduced from the air passage of a male die during the molding of a core member due to both molds. CONSTITUTION:A decorative surface material 7 constituted from a surface material 7a such as cloth and a cushion material 7b such as foamed resin is set to the predetermined position of a female mold 13 and, after molten thermoplastic resin 3' is extruded from the die of a T-die extrusion molding machine 1, a male mold 12 and the female mold 13 are closed. At the initial stage of this mold closing, a space part 11a is formed to the side part of a mold 11 and the resin 3' is not rubbed by the protruded part 12a of the male mold 12 and the upper end part of the female mold. In the next step, air is introduced into the air passage 15 of the male mold 12 in such a state that the protruded part 12a of the male mold 12 is brought close to the lower surface of the female mold 13 to press and adhere the resin 3' to the side of the decorative surface material 7. By this method, synthetic resin and the decorative surface material can be integrally adhered and an interior trimming material can be formed economically. |
