PURPOSE:To measure automatically the surface temperature of a prefab electric wire efficiently and accurately, by gripping the measuring point of the running prefab electric wire by an electric wire gripping arm to measure the surface temperature. CONSTITUTION:When a prefab electric wire 1 is gripped with an electric wire gripping arm 9 by the operation of an air cylinder 7 and a piston rod 8, truck 3 receives the tractive force of the running prefab electric wire 1 and advances together with the electric wire 1. The surface temperature is measured by a temperature sensor 18 connected to the arm 9, and the output signal is sent to a recorder. When the truck 3 advances together with the electric wire 1 for a certain distance, a limit switch is operated, and a magnet valve 11 is opened, and air is supplied into the air cylinder 7, and the piston rod 8 and the arm 9 are moved backward to open the air cylinder 7. Next, a motor is rotated to wind a rope 12, and the truck 3 is returned to the start position. Thus, the surface temperature is automatically measured efficiently and accurately. |
