PURPOSE:To make proper and quick processing possible, by providing an interlocking contact in a power breaker and identifying a true power failure when the interlocking contact is closed at a power supply stop time, and identifying the power break due to another operator when the interlocking contact is opened. CONSTITUTION:An AC power input 1 is supplied to a voltage abnormality detecting circuit 4 and a rectifying circuit 5 through a breaker 2 and is supplied to a control part 7, a DC voltage abnormality detecting circuit 8 and a device body 10 through a supply line 6. The DC detection output of the voltage abnormality detecting circuit 4 which detects the abnormality of the AC power is outputted to report it to the control part 7, and an interlocking contact 3 and the output side of the DC voltage abnormality detecting circuit 8 are connected to the control part 7, and data is communicated between the control part 7 and a storage part 9. A true power failure is identified when the interlocking contact is closed at the power supply stop time, and the power break due to another operator is identified when this contact is opened, thus performing proper and quick processings to improve the operation rate. |
