PURPOSE:To simplify the inputting work of a price tag issuing facility, by connecting the price tag issuing device with an electronic cash register, and utilizing commodity data set in a memory in the electronic cash register. CONSTITUTION:This price tag issuing facility is composed of an electronic cash register 10 and a price tag issuing device 20 connected to the cash register 10 so that data from the register 10 can be received by the device 20. A CPU for controlling the cash register 10 and another CPU for controlling the price tag issuing device 20 are connected with each other by a cable. Since commodity data are transmitted from the cash register 10 to the price tag issuing device 20, the price tag of a kind of commodity can be issued when only data regarding the commodity are inputted into the electronic cash register 10. |
