PURPOSE:To reduce damage in case when a flash is not used, by constituting so that at least one of a movement of a camera protecting member to a shielding position from an opening position and a movement of a light emitting part is interlocked with the other. CONSTITUTION:When a flash device is not used, a light emitting part 5 is in a containing position and a support 6 is detained by a key 8 and a notched part 6a. An electromagnet 9 attracts the key 8 by a low luminance signal from an exposure meter, the support 6 rises by a spring 10 and the light emitting part 5 rises. When a pin 6b of the support 6 is engaged to an inclined face 1b of a substrate 1a of the reverse side of a slide cover 1 and the cover 1 is moved to the left shielding position, the inclined face 1b moves the support 6 and the light emitting part 5 to the lower containing position through the pin 6b. In this case, there are three states (a) a containing movement of the light emitting part is interlocked with a movement of a shielding member, (b) a shielding movement is interlocked with the containing movement, or (c) the shielding movement and the containing movement are interlocked with each other. |
