PURPOSE:To enable to easily manufacture by only cutting a sheet and adhering it by a method wherein a plurality of light emitting diodes are arranged on the flexible insulation sheet, which are then successively connected, and photo transmitting insulation coating is performed from above. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting diodes 12 arranged in a row on the tape form insulation sheet 11 having flexibility are successively connected by means of wire bonding 13, and connected by terminals 14 provided on one side edge of the sheet 11. The photo transmitting insulation coating 15 is performed from above those light emitting diodes 12. For the purpose of manufacturing the display, the light emitting diode sheet 10 is cut into a desired length, which is adhered on an insulation substrate, and further a scale plate is adhered thereon. |
