PURPOSE:To produce a titled shaft with less stage and with good accuracy by attaching top and bottom dies each having a recessed V-surface and top and bottom dies each having a recessed semicircular surface to top and bottom base plates and interposing an elastic material between the latter top and bottom dies and the base plate. CONSTITUTION:The dies of a working machine are opened, and a hollow blank material S2 is placed on the recessed semicircular surface 24a floating from a bottom die base plate 21, and a press ram is lowered. Then, respective top dies 22, 27 descend together with a top die base plate 23 and first the die 27 suspending lower than the die 22 contacts the material S2 and grasps and holds the same. When the plate 23 descends further, an elastic body 25 is compressed. The top surface of the dies 20, 24 and the bottom surface of the dies 22, 27 are brought into tight and press contact with each other on the same plane in the stage of press shearing. A mounting seat 8 having a rectangular section is formed by the press contact of the dies 20, 22 and the sliding part 9 and oil groove 10 of a rocker valve are formed by the press contact of the dies 24, 27. The seat 8 and the sliding part 9 have the same central axis. |
