PURPOSE:To provide a lacquer resin compsn. excellent in pigment dispersion, weatherability of films, etc., by incorporating cellulose derivatives with graft copolymers comprising a particular fluororesin, methyl methacrylate, and a copolymerizable unsatd. monomer. CONSTITUTION:0.5-50wt% fluororesin with alkoxy or cyclohexyloxy groups, contg. carbon-carbon double bonds in 0.001-0.055mol per 100g resin, 30-50wt% methyl methacrylate, and 69.5-0wt% other copolymerizable unsatd. monomer are incorporated so as to attain 100wt% in all and polymerized. Then, 70- 99wt% resulting graft copolymer and cellulose derivatives (e.g., cellulose acetate butyrate or nitrocellulose) are mixed to yield the intended lacquer resin compsn. |
