<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin with which patterning can be simply and quickly performed and which is suitable, for example, in the production of dental plates, by imparting plasticity like that of gummy mass to a urethane acrylate resin liquid by the addition of a resin powder such as a polystyrene powder and further adding an ultraviolet sensitizer to the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A highly viscous plasticity like that of gummy mass is imparted to a urethane acrylate resin liquid by decreasing its fluidity by the addition of a resin powder such as a polystyrene resin powder at a suitable ratio. A small amount of a sensitizer sensitive to ultraviolet rays (e.g., benzil dimethyl ketal or hydroxycyclohexyl) is added to the mixture to obtain the purpose ultraviolet-curable amorphous resin. If necessary, it is also possible to add monomeric methyl methacrylate for viscosity adjustment, a vegetable oil as a tack eliminator, peppermint oil as a deodorant, etc., each in a small amount to the above amorphous resin. By using the obtained amorphous resin, patterning can be performed directly based on a model or the like without using any mold.</p> |
