PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion of wheel shaft by a simplified structure in which a part of the teeth of the spline of output cylindrical shaft or of the spline of shaft is lacked over the whole length. CONSTITUTION:A part of the teeth of the spline 14a of a shaft 14 is lacked over the whole length, and a communication path 24 is formed between an output cylindrical shaft 12 and the shaft 14 and also between the innermost space S of the shaft 12 and a dust seal 19. When pushing the shaft 14 into the output cylindrical shaft 12, air in the space S is discharged through the communication path 24 from the setting portion of the dust seal 19. The resistance of air in the space S against the insertion of the shaft 14 is thus eliminated and the shaft 14 can be easily inserted to the stroke end.
