PURPOSE:To contrive to facilitate a sealing material applying operation and to enhance sealing property, by a method wherein an expansion part projected in a bending direction of a flange is provided at the periphery of a base part of a bent part. CONSTITUTION:The expansion part 13 projected in the bending direction of the flange is provided in proximity to a side end part of a bent part of a floor panel 1, and a flange 12' at the bent part is lifted up by the projection quantity of the expansion part 13 so that a tip edge thereof forms a natural continuous curved line with the tip edge of the other flange 12. Accordingly, a recessed part 4 for packing a sealing material 3 therein is formed by the tip edge of the flange 12' at the bent part of the floor panel 1 and a stepped part 21 provided for a rear wheel apron 2, it can be contrived to markedly facilitate the sealing operation as a whole, and troubles such as cutting of seals or generation of gaps can be utterly prevented. |
