发明名称 CONVEYING METHOD OF HEAVY LOAD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a conveying pallet and a sliding plate as well as to improve the reliability for a temperature variation, by conveying a heavy machinery and equipment in the way of making sliding surfaces of each sliding plate covered with a polymeric material and a sliding member layer of stainless steel contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A conveying pallet 16 is sticked fast a stainless steel plate serving as a sliding member layer 17 on a base plate 20 made of steel plate. And, a sliding plate 19 consists of a sliding member 18 comprising a platelike polymeric material of superhigh molecular weight polyethylene, and the polymeric material is stuck fast to a base plate 22 such as a steel plate or the like. In this way, if such a stainless steel plate is used as the sliding member layer 17, the cost of material is reduced down to considerable extent because it is ample enough to be only a thin plate of 2m/m or so at best. In addition, the coefficients of linear expansion of the steel plate and the stainless steel plate of the base plate 20 are almost identical to each other whereby the stainless steel plate stuck to the base plate 20 is in no case peeled or separated by means of thermal stress. Moreover, the surface of the stainless steel plate has a smoothness of more than 1.5 S, and therefore it is by no means inferior to the surface of the polymeric material.
