Turbine characterised in that it essentially comprises two blades 1, integral with an axis of rotation 2, symmetrical in relation to the said axis of rotation, each having a hyperbolic plane section which extends at an angle to the centre of slightly less than 180 DEG , and a straight section essentially elliptical in plane projection, these blades 1 being assembled together staggered in their junction plane so as to make two openings 3 of crescent shape, the ends of which narrow to form a duct of semicircular cross-section 4 at each point of junction between the sections. <IMAGE>
