PURPOSE:To facilitate indexing documents, by storing the principal point or the like of each document by the voice, and reproducing this voice when the documents are indexed. CONSTITUTION:When a principal point storage command is issued from a keyboard 1, the input signal is inputted from a microphone 3 to a voice parameter extracting part 7 by a switch 4, and the principal point is voiced, and this signal is received through the microphone 3 and is extracted by the voice parameter extracting part 7, and the result is stored in a storage position 11b of a documents file 11 through a control part. When the documents are indexed, an indexing command is issued from the keyboard 1, and voice information stored in a principal point storage area indicated by the position 11b of the file 11 is read out and is synthesized to the voice by a voice response part 9 and is outputted from a speaker 10. By this voice synthesis, the principal point of the document is grasped with the voice. |
