<p>PURPOSE:To improve considerably the precision of light pen detection, by providing a light pen register, light pen position display part, delay circuit, and a delay adjusting circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the sum of the delay of a circuit and the detection delay of a light pen, actual touch position of the light pen, and the insertion delay in a delay adjusting part 18 are denoted as alpha, X, and beta respectively, data stored as light pen detection position information in a light pen register 15 is expressed with X+(alpha+beta) in a light pen position display part 19. Consequently, alpha+beta is subtracted from the value X+(alpha+beta) read from the register 15 to attain a correct value. The value alpha+beta is adjusted to a certain value by adjusting the insertion delay beta in the adjusting part 18, thus attaining a correct detection position of the light pen.</p> |
