PURPOSE:To execute processing at a high speed by using a matrix having elements whose several pieces only are not ''0'', on the left and right of its diagonal line element, instead of a reverse matrix of a non-interference element for negating an interference of a process characteristic. CONSTITUTION:In case of a controlling system in which plural operating parts are placed on a controlled system and the operating parts interfere with each other, when a manipulated variable of the i-th operating part and a variation amount of the controlled system of a part corresponding to this operation are denoted as ui and xi, respectively, and their relation is displayed by a matrix, it is expressed by an equation I . Influence exerted on its circumference by the i-th operation becomes smaller as it goes away from the i-th position. Accordingly, a matrix showing a process characteristic is a matrix which is large in its numerical value on a diagonal line, and becomes small as it is separated from said line, and its reverse matrix is also all the same. In this case, when a matrix of an equation II is used as a non-interference element 11 instead of the reverse matrix, the operating time is shortened, and influence exerted onto the controlled system can be eliminated. |
